Durante o dia o parque é bem seguro. Como é muito grande, sempre dá para evitar o pessoal das bicicletas e os corredores. E nos dias de semana é mais tranquilo. Há parques para as crianças, com diversos brinquedos. Mas devem ser evitados depois da chuva, pois o piso é de terra e costuma ficar barrento.

Thanks for the help everyone. Went there this weekend and Flávio Bike rentals is just outside Portao 4 in Ibirapuera parque and you can rent bikes for R$5 per hour.
