Donegal Township is a township in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,397 at the 2020 census. It was named after the town and county of Donegal in Ireland. At the 2000 census, 13.7% of the population were reported to be Scotch-Irish, the highest number in the United States.
