19 th- century neoclassical palace with stunning and posh interior . Wednesday always closed. For an extra price you can visit the Treasure Museum and Garden.Full review by Kristina P

If you've been to the famous palaces of western Europe, you probably seen bigger, richer palaces. That being said, you can spend here about an hour and get an impression of the Portuguese monarchy.Full review by Cynicoren

I don’t remember the entrance fee but it was cheaper than other large attractions and they gave student discounts when I visited

Hi, Palacio da Ajuda isn’t a castle but a palace and the birthplace of one of Portuguese King. Due to being a royal residence in the pass it got several areas to visit including the bedrooms. Lisbon also have a castle located in one of the 7 hill from Lisbon ( St George Castle) were is possible to enjoy a fantastic view from the city. It is possible to go using the public transport.
