I see on their website they offer 90-min. guided tours for just a few Euros more. Is there a specific time for the guided tours?

I am afraid that I cannot help you with that. I was not aware of such an offer.

No you don’t need to prebook but it is closed on Mondays ... the grounds are open but you can’t access the exhibits.

There's a big paying parking lot less than 10 min walk from Zwinger, near the Neumarkt. It is paying in coins, so have them with you. Dresden city center is small, easy covered on foot.

There no charge for seeing the place from outside, unless you want to see the inside or exhibitions.
