It was better than the pictures. Off the beaten track and out in the middle of no where but worth the drive, nothing on the way, no gas etc so bring a picnic lunch. Falls are beautifulFull review by trainorplane

Wonderful place to visit not crammed full of tourists. Good view of falls from short path from parking lot but take the time to go down to the old power plant at the bottom. Trail is a tad steep but …Full review by eburgess7
We were there in July, but if the snow is not too deep, I would think that it would be open year around. They do not charge, so you just drive to it, and I don't remember seeing a gate.
