Are there ways to stay hydrated within the park WITHOUT having to pay for a refillable cup/bottled water

Yes! There are water taps on the soda fountains. I think just to the right of the ice dispenser, a little grey button on one of the soft drink contols. You can bring in empty water bottles.

If you are a Member, you have a RED undated Member cup, so this question makes no sense. If you are asking if you can get a replacement, I have in the past. But, they eliminated this program, except for existing members. Cancel and you will have to use passes instead. So, who knows how long the member cups will be available!
