Why did Round House decide to install such uncomfortable seating?

I believe that they did it to save money. Sadly, the seating is a major distraction and discomfort We have already turned in our season tickets for refund.
Where is the parking garage that lets you walk to the theater without going outdoors? I've only been there once and wasnt driving so didn't pay attention. This time I'm driving so need to know!
