Sorry - I didn't even see anything about Ostrich races but it sounds like fun!
I would like to know how often the ostrich racing takes place. I want to see mostly that event and photograph it and would like to know how many races are staged each day and how many days they are run. They run ostrich almost every day of the fair and 3 or 4 times a day. We have many canadians spend the winter season down here cause weather is nice at that time of year.
