The one that I used only has kayaks. Other companies in the area do tubes. The area can best be described as a state park around which several diverse companies have sprung up to meet demand for floating aids. The one that we used was very efficient with a good briefing etc.. but no tubes.

It's a great river for beginner kayakers. You can get some beginning pointers from whoever launches you but you mostly have to just try it on your own. It's an easy river so probably one of the best learning situations. Rates are around $35 for the day if you make reservations ahead of time. If you just show up, rates will be slightly higher. This is a wonderful company to deal with so if you are interested in trying, go with these people! Rates are for the day so you don't have to feel pressed about time.
