Our 38' Fountain speedboats can take between 17-22 people (different boats have different seating configurations). And yes! We DO have a head/bathroom on each boat. If you look at our boat photos, the head is situated under the centre console. Because the boats are moving at high speeds between stops, we do encourage our guests to use the restrooms at the marina, at the sharks or at lunch. But the onboard head/bathroom is available if needed :)
