The parking lot for the phoenix museum is the area in which you park for the Phoenix theater. There is a special area identified for the Phoenix theater. You will have no problem parking.

All seats are great both acoustically and visually with no obstructions. Louge seating runs along the sides and slightly elevated but no obstructions. I prefer center seating (straight on view of stage) for any play rather than side views.
