The castle keep is undergoing refurbishment at the moment so it is currently only possible to visit the museum and art gallery, which is in an adjoining modern wing. I was aware of this in advance so…Full review by socialmediavolunteer

This castle is undergoing major construction work at the moment. You can walk through the gardens but they are very run down. Not worth visiting right now.Full review by Bluebellplasnewydd

Thank you for your question Emma. We have 4 wheelchair accessible toilets at Norwich Castle, but currently no Changing Places toilets. We are hoping to move forward with building work planned in 2019 that will include a new Changing Places facility so we are hoping to have this available in the near future.
