Our 1st floor property is just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It offers 2 bedroom, 1 bath, full eat-in kitchen, spacious living room and a large covered front porch. We have 1 off street parking spot(in front of green shed) behind the house. It also has central air conditioning and heat along a hot/cold outside shower. It's also only 20 minute drive to historic Cape May.
