We went when the surf was very large so it was a great experience. There was a huge line to get in but it went quite quickly and definitely worth checking out if the surf is over 10 meters. Full review by active-traveler-bc

While we didn't luck out and get a day with large waves, it was still amazing to see. There is quite a walk downhill to get to the lighthouse, so plan accordingly for the walk back. Full review by DarrenL639
