I looked up to see if there was a padlock bridge in Lisbon and 'Padrao dos Descobrimentos' came up in my search. Although when on the site it doesn't have anything about padlocks. Hello. Yes, you have a padlock monument near by. It is the word "Love" as in New York but with padlocks. It's just outside the Padrão dos Descobrimentos. I don't know if it is temporary or not but it is there. You can buy a padlock at the site and include it in the letters.
Actually how many steps to the top? Pls let me know as to how many steps are there after one gets off the lift and wants to reach the top floor? Are the steps too steep to climb? Thanks a lot!

I really didn't count the steps but I think there are no more than 50 and not steep to climb ; after all,it is a relatively new monument with normal steps,nothing to fear !
