Evergreen River Guest Farm is a hidden gem nestled along the banks of the Groot Marico River. Just a short drive from Gauteng, our privately owned farm is located in the Marico Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO-approved site known for its breathtaking natural beauty. Our self-catering cottages, Le Butterfly (sleeps 6), Star Gazer (sleeps 6), & Firefly (sleeps 4), are not only spacious & comfortable, but wheelchair friendly due to their spaciousness & fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. They are mountain facing & Le Butterfly & Star Gazer are within 200m of the river. Firefly is within 40m of the river. Offroad caravanning/tenting at “Sweet Thorn” & “River Bushwillow” is most comfortable. Each have a private loo, shower, kitchenette. If you are not self-sufficient there is a electrical point 200m away where you can charge electrical appliances & make use of our fridge/freezer. The camp site is within 40m of the river & set in a large beautiful nature spot
