Full of tourists but also full of local people since this is one of the centers of town. Lots of food and coffee here, shopping and historic buildings. An entrance to the Metro. Good place to take… Full review by Thomas V

This is a great neighborhood for restaurants. It also has some excellent viewpoints like the Miradouro de Sao Pedore de Alcantara and the amazing ruined Monastery do Carmo Full review by jbg74
