You would need to check with the refuge itself. I would doubt it, though. There are specified trails, and the main one is built to be accessible, so paved most of the way. Much of the refuge …
You would need to check with the refuge itself. I would doubt it, though. There are specified trails, and the main one is built to be accessible, so paved most of the way. Much of the refuge is marshy or composed of ponds. It’s a wetland. Most horses wouldn’t particularly like it.
