Marshall has worked in every aspect of the criminal justice system, spending time as a judicial law clerk in Centre County and a public defender in Chester County. He worked for 10 years as a Centre County prosecutor. In 2009, he returned to criminal defense and family law, opening his private law practice to help people in State College and surrounding communities.
