Really gorgeous walk in Hot Springs National Park. Large walkway allows you to not be cramped with other people. It takes about 15 minutes to walk at a leisurely pace. Lots of information signs along…Full review by thewanderingmeatball

I apologize yes there are lights along the promenade

Not sure but there are quite a few steps to go up and down to get onto the Promenade. When we were there we only say people walking.
