I got mine on the day and there was no queue. It was on a Saturday afternoon. But i guess if it’s during school holiday you are going maybe buy it in advance.

Our cruise ship provided a free shuttle to the Fine Arts Museum (throughout the day) located near Guggenheim. Whatsinport says the port provides a free shuttle bus to the Getxo Metro station, Areeta. Board and get off at Moyua Metro station. Then walk 12 minutes to Guggenheim. Google maps shows the walking route from Moyua station. The Guggenheim Bilbao website probably has the answers to your question about group tours, hours. I paid the seniors rate which was very reasonable. I walked around at my leisure, inside, for about 1 hour. I wouldn't pay for a group tour.
