We are staying at the Fairfield Suites in Eugene/Spring. Does the bike path go from there to the downtown area? The map on the hotel web site is not very specific. Can I assume that we can get to some of your microbreweries that way - either in or outside of the downtown area? Thanks!

My favorite is at Aspen Street in Springfield. There's a sweet little park there with a parking area. Other access points include Alton Baker Park and behind Valley River Center in Eugene.
I love the fact that this is a bike town. We're coming up to visit University of Oregon next month and want to enjoy biking around the trails and stuff, but I'm wondering if there are bike rental places in town?
