Columbia Township is a civil township of Jackson County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the population was 7,392. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 39.60 square miles, of which 36.64 square miles is land and 2.96 square miles is water.
