Sorry just seen this clearly to late. You just turn up for a tour Fridays 11X4. Saturdays 12x4. The museum closes early Nov until March. Last tours go about an hour before closing. …

Hi Yes there is a fee but only a few pounds per person. There is a large car park called The Broadway very close to the museum Hope that helps
