Dubbed "the #1 show in Las Vegas History," Absinthe is an intoxicating, refreshingly raunchy cocktail of jaw-dropping comedy, burlesque and acrobatics, remixed and reimagined to tease, please and thrill savvy, seen-it-all adults. Unapologetically outrageous and undeniably absurd, Absinthe is for ages 18 and above.

I enjoyed the acrobats and other performers. I definitely could have done without the blonde lady and the male emcee. The jokes were extremely graphic and not funny at all. You could tell that a lot… Full review by Lisa L

Q:
Will the theater allow outside drinks?
A:
No drinks from outside. They have a holding area outside the tent with bar. You buy from them at elevated prices. Sorry

We have tickets for Brooks & Dunn with Reba at the Colosseum in Caesar's which starts at 7:30pm. Would we make it to the 10:00pm show of Absinthe or is this too tight of a timeline?
A:
Its a brisk 15 minute walk from Caesars to Aria. I have no idea how long the show will take though. I don't think the Absinthe Experience runs a tight time line. It's essentially one of the …

Its a brisk 15 minute walk from Caesars to Aria. I have no idea how long the show will take though. I don't think the Absinthe Experience runs a tight time line. It's essentially one of the staff bringing out a cart with the Absinthe paraphernalia to your table in the bar area (or dinner table, if eating there). He gives a little history, folk lore, step by step instructional on the drink, then serves it up, very low key, but unique. Very low key, so if you were a little late (or even a lot late) it shouldn't be a big deal. We really enjoyed it! You can get an idea by watching the video on line (Google Absinthe Experience). My wife got free tickets by playing this slot machine app on the plane ride out to Vegas (MyVegas).

Is it similar to the traveling show they had in LA? I saw it and loved it and we want to see it again, but I’m hoping the storyline, jokes are different.
A:
There is always some overlap but then again new actors and new parts in the show

How easy is it to get day of show tickets? We have the las vegas pass so we would need to redeem the passes for a show once the box office opens. It looks like a small venue so I dont really care about seating. Does the show ever get sold out?

I bought tickets through a discount website (plumbenefits) the night before the event and ended up with excellent tickets for roughly $90 each (after taxes and fees). Just keep in mind that if you buy online, while you're in Las Vegas, that you'll need to print the voucher and head over to the box office to pick up the physical tickets. If you're picking up with a voucher from a discounter, your seats sometimes aren't assigned until you pick up the tickets, so it probably benefits you to pick them up earlier in the day.
Q:
Is it cold in the tent? Snow in forecast for tonight’s show...
A:
It was cold and raining when we were there, but I wasn't cold inside. You are packed in like sardines, so I'm sure the body heat helps! Lol- enjoy!
